The Ministry of Justice allow prisoners who maintain their innocence to use the internet through a third party to make serious representations about their innocence. Jemma Beale was wrongly convicted of perjury and perverting the course of justice on 6th July 2017 and received a 10 year prison sentence. Murderers and child killers have received shorter sentences.
This website is the only official representation for Jemma and the content is managed by her friends and family. The majority of information contained on this site is already in the public domain, the evidence, having been given in an open Court of Law.
Where information is referred to that was not admitted in evidence at the trial, it is from official statements and documents received from the defence solicitors acting on behalf of Jemma during the trial.
