Three Men Accused

Contrary to the headlines, there were only three men accused of sexual assault on Jemma. What the newspapers did not explain were the facts about these men; their attention was focused on Jemma. One of these men was found guilty of rape, one fled to Pakistan whilst on bail, and one has multiple rape allegations against his name. Not all of this information was reported in the media.

Despite clear evidence against these three men and their character, the court and jury were led to believe their stories against Jemma.

Mahab Kasim Kerow

aka Mahad Cassim

Accused: Incident #1

Using his alias name, he was found guilty of rape. Evidence suggests he is a liar and with something to hide.

The Ministry of Justice allow prisoners who maintain their innocence to use the internet through a third party to make serious representations about their innocence. Jemma Beale was wrongly convicted of perjury and perverting the course of justice on 6th July 2017 and received a 10 year prison sentence. Murderers and child killers have received shorter sentences.
