The Court of Appeal

Appeals: Reporting Banned

On two separate occasions the Court of Appeal has made Section 4(2) Orders banning all reporting until after Jemma's trial.
These were ignored by the press.
Appeals have been lodged against length of sentence and conviction.

Item Title

On Thursday 6th of July 2017, Jemma Beale was found guilty of making false allegations of rape and sexual assault and jailed for 10 years.

During the time of the trial there were many sensationalised stories shared by the media about Jemma and events relating to the case.

As her loving father, it is my duty to share with you some of the facts of the case that did not make it to the press and some of the anomalies in the evidence brought in front of the jury.

Thank you for taking the time to read this information.

Item Title

None of the reporting during or after the trial, within the press, online news sites, social media or television, contained any of the available facts for the defence of Jemma Beale. These evidential facts undermine the credibility of all of the three men accused, the Police, The CPS and existing laws.

Some of these facts are shocking, some are unbelievable but factual, some are morally wrong.

Much has been written about Jemma, all prejudicial and biased, some misogynistic, some sexist; but do not judge her until you have read these defence facts, all from official statements and documents.
